"Ring of Fire" Eclipse Party at Ardantane Sunday

You Are Invited to the RING OF FIRE Eclipse Party
WHAT: Potluck, Schmoozing, Drumming, and Viewing the Annular "Ring of Fire" Eclipse, a rare event that happens to be perfectly viewable from New Mexico this time.
WHEN: Sunday, May 20, from 4:00 to 9:00 pm. We will gather around 4:00, share potluck around 4:30-5:30, then drum and flute for the eclipse, which should hit its peak shortly before the sun sets near Guadalupe Mesa around 7:30.
WHERE: At Ardantane south of Jemez Springs. About 1 hour's drive from the "Big I" in Albuquerque. E-mail (ardantane-director@ardantane.org) or call (505-469-7777) for directions to Ardantane. We will watch the eclipse from the Sun Circle up on the Dragon's Back.
GEAR: We will have eclipse safety glasses available. Bring comfy clothes (layers), a folding chair, a potluck dish, and drum, flute, or rattle.
COST: Free of charge. Of course if you want to make a contribution to Ardantane's building fund, we will gladly accept it.
