Each of us is on a journey through life, and we can travel mindfully and purposefully, or just drift through the motions. We will use the paradigm of the Hero's or Heroine's Journey, as described by Jung and the Tarot, to look at what we should pack, the nature of the terrain, our traveling companions, and what the experience can become. Experiential exercises, discussion, spiritual work, and a mini-journey along the Seeker's Path at Ardantane, as a model of the greater Journey we are all part of.
